At Tarka Vets, we understand that pet emergencies don't always happen during regular clinic hours. That's why we're committed to providing our own dedicated emergency out-of-hours service, ensuring your pet has access to urgent veterinary care when they need it most. You won't have to travel to an unfamiliar clinic; you'll see a familiar face and your pet will be in a known environment, helping to reduce stress during a worrying time.

Our experienced team is here to provide immediate attention and critical care for your pet during evenings and weekends. We are available for emergencies during the following times:

• Monday to Friday: From 6 PM until 8 AM the following morning.

• Saturday: From 11:30 AM onwards right through until Monday at 8 AM.

During these hours, if your pet experiences a sudden illness, injury, or any worrying symptoms, please don't hesitate to call us immediately. Our team will provide advice over the phone and arrange for your pet to be seen if necessary. We are fully equipped to handle a wide range of emergencies, offering prompt diagnosis and treatment to stabilise your pet's condition and provide the best possible outcome.
